But first, we have to understand what fine cider actually is. Your usual mass market go-to pub cider is actually only made of roughly 35% real cider, and the rest is just water, so almost like a boozy cordial. Fine Cider is 100% of the good stuff. It is a unique expression of different apple varieties, exactly how wine treats grapes, and embraces the variety and complexity in just the same way good wine does. This means we serve in wine glasses or sharing bottles, in order to fully appreciate the vividity and depth of each pressing from each artisanal cider producer.
